Lawyer: man can enter the US, bury a son in Mexico

ALLENTOWN, PA. (AP) — the immigration lawyer says Mexican man may write to bury his 10-year-old boy, a citizen of the United States of America, which died in the fire in the trade union movement on the Pennsylvania, United States.

Fidelmar "Fidel" Merlos-Lopez was initially barred access. But his Philadelphia lawyer, Elizabeth, says Surin is based on his or her client was granted humanitarian parole to take part in the funeral.

He said at the start of the Sunday Lopez was bound to the Pennsylvania line.

Lopez's son Damien Lopez died in the line of fire Tuesday in his Shenandoah's cousin, aunt, and 7 month old half-brother. The funeral is set for Monday.

Lopez was part of the United States against illegal immigration, which, on a voluntary basis in 2008. He is in the process of getting his green card, so he can join his wife in Shenandoah.
