Personal injury attorneys dial-up lawsuits against The Randolph County Herald-Dial-Tribune (blog)

Use SOAP on a regular basis is always a good idea for anyone who wants to curry favor with the opposite sex but obviously no SOAP brand is a magic potion that will make men irresistible for women.
Dial has a product called "magnetic" launched, and the company is a tongue and cheek advertising campaign used to sell the product. The company describes as a "magnetic" "pheromone-infused, attraction Enhancing Body Wash." In the instructions on the bottle, step four reads, "stand back and watch the magic happen."
Of course, the ad campaign is not meant to be taken literally but apparently three different lawyers, including one of Chicago, lawsuits against the SOAP company for allegedly misleading the public about the ability of the product to attract women have placed.
These lawyers actually found people to tell a Court that they "bought Magnetic" because they really believed that the product would make them more attractive to women. I've been wondering if these persons believe that they will also drink Dos Equis the most interesting men in the world or that there really is a talking baby who uses E-Commerce too.
There is no group of outraged men who believe that all they need to do is use "Magnetic" prior to leaving their parents basement and miraculously she will have to take a date to the Star Trek Convention.
The lawsuit is not about justice but about creating a payday for lawyers. The lawyers hope that Dial will arrange the case to get the way to go. The plaintiffs while the lawyers getting only pennies with hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars. This is the jackpot Justice at its worst.
